In the fall of 2011 – September and October – Caroline will go on a duo tour with Nikolaj Hess on piano, thus making an old dream come true, and presenting a completely different and far more intimate kind of concert than the ones featuring the full orchestra.
The close connection between artist and audience provides Caroline with the opportunity to dive deeper into the songs and convey the stories and emotions on another level.

Danish jazz diva supreme in her very own distinguished concert theater together with six internationally acclaimed dancers, and a jazz quintet lead by piano virtuoso Nikolaj Hess.
‘Migrated to Denmark‘ it says in Hendersons Swedish papers. In this inner musical road movie Caroline Henderson looks back to where it all began. From Stockholm to New York, from Paris to Copenhagen. Fragments of Hendersons life reenacted in a delightful mix of concert, dream play, absurd humour and pink ostrich feathers.

Danish newspaper Politiken gave its highest recommendation, six out of six hearts, to “Love Songs”:
‘And here is Caroline Henderson, glowing in the dark in her golden glittering gown, her voice like the voidce of a soul mama. More intense, stronger and more tender than ever – gorgeous…
The way she moves about, slightly taller than everyone else – with that regal charisma and towering stilettos … the Godmother of Love.’
